- Candidates who have completed FSC Part-I with a minimum of 65% marks and are in the process of undertaking FSC Part-II/Final Examination can apply, supported by HOPE Certificates issued by the Head of the institution.
- Submission of FSC Part-II roll number and Education Board details, along with a photocopy of the roll number slip, to General Headquarters (GHQ), Personnel Administration (PA) Directorate (PA-3b), Rawalpindi, is mandatory.
- You must submit your FSc final result cards/mark sheets within one week after the FSC Board announces the results. If you don’t do this, you won’t be considered for the final merit.
