Leads the team in planning and executing the development of sales channels in line with the organizational vision of D01440 and Jazz Business’ futurist approach.


  • Develop strategies for establishing and expanding the presence of sales channels, especially for digital products.
  • Empower the Salesforce through targeted upskilling sessions.
  • Resolve channel-related issues through effective engagement and coordination with marketing, HR, and other support functions.
  • Led the development of sales playbooks for policies, definitions, and best practices across Jazz Business.
  • Analyze trends and numbers in collaboration with the Business Analytics & Insights Team.
  • Understand individual, regional, and sub-channel performance and behaviors.
  • Identify use cases from channels, regions, and product holdings to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Analyze product holdings per channel and build strategies to improve the longevity of customers through the acquisition of multi-product portfolios.


  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 10-12 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the Telecom Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Channel Development and Corporate Solutions.
  • Detailed knowledge of Products and Solutions, including futuristic products.
  • Good understanding of Product Commissions and B2B Telecom product behavior.

Job Role

Responsible for devising strategies to lead and ensure effective performance planning and management in Jazz Business.

Manages sales functions, including direct and indirect sales channels, in areas such as solution sales, connectivity, B2G, Carrier & International Business, and indirect sales channels.


  • Collaborates with the Stream Head to deliver high-quality and accurate sales channel performance reports, expanding to Carrier and International Business (C&IB).
  • Sets KPIs for distribution and sales channels establishes critical success factors, assigns targets, and aligns stakeholders.
  • Designs the structure for channels, devises quality check standards, and supports accurate calculation of sales team incentives.
  • Develops and maintains a transparent and streamlined process for incentive calculations.
  • Plans, forecasts, and allocates budgets for monthly/quarterly sales and distribution campaigns.
  • Observe competitor strategies, discuss campaign design ideas with stakeholders, and evaluate the results of campaigns for future strategies.
  • Manages budget for regular commission structure and channel incentives.


MBA with a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in performance management.

  • Understanding regulations related to International Remittances and Freelance payments, ensuring their implementation.
  • Onboarding new local and global partners and building relationships with existing ones.
  • Initiating innovative campaigns for customers receiving international remittances across Pakistan.
  • Engaging with freelancers to explore opportunities and provide solutions related to payments.
  • Enhancing user experience by collaborating with relevant teams for customer complaints and identifying product improvement areas.
  • Responsible for creating new reports and ensuring accurate reporting across all dashboards.
  • Foreseeing challenges and suggesting ideas to overcome them.


  • 4-6 years of work experience in the field of International Remittances and Cross Border Payments.
  • Bachelor’s in Management Sciences or Business studies (Masters would be a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of DFS business, freelance, and international remittance processes, and systems.
  • Proficiency in numbers and data analysis with a growth mindset.
