Responsibilities

  • Participate in investigations and inspections of data, processes, and practices by established procedures to identify suspicious transaction reports for potential or actual compliance issues, and raise them for appropriate actions.
  • Efficiently and effectively attend to and resolve customer queues, aiming to maximize self-service where applicable before routing customers to Tellers.
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries and problems, ensuring 100% policy and procedural compliance during transactions.
  • Actively identify cross-sell opportunities and initiate solicitation efforts to expand and deepen existing relationships.
  • Enhance business by continuously reviewing all dormant/inoperative relationships to make accounts active and beneficial.
